Envoy London Tailor Store is not liable for any delays in delivery or any resulting inconveniences, losses, expenses, or other related impacts.
You may submit a complaint regarding your product within six months of receiving it. Any faults or defects should be reported as soon as they are identified, with notification within one week of discovery considered reasonable.
When submitting a complaint, please provide a clear description of the issue and how it impacts the product's functionality or quality. If you use our size guide, these measurements are determined based on your body dimensions and preferred fit. Before finalizing your order, you will have the opportunity to preview, review, and modify your measurements as needed.
Due to the artisanal nature of our tailoring, minor variations in measurements may occur within industry accepted tolerances.
Upon delivery, you may notice chalk marks or slight creases from the pressing process. These are normal and typically disappear after the first wash without any special treatment.
Design elements such as button placement, button count, and overall styling may vary slightly depending on the size and cut of the garment. Our expert tailors make these adjustments to enhance both the aesthetic and functional quality of each piece. In some designs, the lowest button may be discreetly positioned or concealed for stylistic purposes.
Additionally, slight differences in fabric color may occur due to variations in dye lots. This is a natural characteristic of textile production and does not indicate a flaw.

If you’re custom-made garment does not align with the measurements or design specifications of your order, excluding the acceptable tolerances and variations outlined in the Tolerances section, Envoy London Tailor Store will issue a replacement at no additional cost by crediting your customer account.
Should a return be necessary, we will cover the return shipping costs, provided the garment is sent back in its original packaging and shipped using the most cost effective method. Detailed return instructions will be provided as needed.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all submitted measurements are accurate at the time of ordering. Envoy London Tailor Store cannot be held accountable for discrepancies resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
